So I went for the L movie yesterday. The plot was sucky but its an L movie, so its for fangirls to squeal (like me and Vivian) and fanboys to gape and gawk.

I didn't pay much attention to the storyline, I was looking more at L, but this is basically like Raito's perspective of wanting to make the world a utopia(this time it is killing off mankind in order to save the earth what the heck) So poor L has to go out into the open. Here are some things that I noticed about L in the movie (CAUTION SPOILERS AHEAD)

1) L types the mac weird he uses only one finger to type each letter and the way he does it is funny because its like he raises up his fingers like he's tapping something. I tried it just now and its a pain...
2) Do you know how to feed children? Do it L's way! Stick sweets, donuts on a long stick and offer it to the kid. If he doesn't eat, eat the food yourself. He treats kids like hamsters. Funny I saw him feeding the boy that way, and when the girl came and L turned somewhere I was saying" Don't tell me he's gonna do the kebab thing again..." and he did. LOL. He's got good taste too, bringing kids to a maid cafe, renting a crepe truck to drive in(free sweets and free technology)
3) gets whacked by the professor and he has no reaction except stealing sweets.
4) Quarantine to L is to shove someone in a closet.
5) I want L's brains. His logic is damn good. Oh, and I love his english.
6) Funniest moment was to get L to stand up straight instead of hunching like an old woman. He goes up slow motion, tries to keep himself there, and slowly slants back down. Super hilarious. He did it again at the end of the movie, he looked like a robot. I have a strong urge to do a flip book to show people.

And a lot more. The ending is totally unpredictable, DN fans will fall off their seats. I didn't believe it myself. Whatever just go watch the movie yourself. If you are a hardcore DN fan, or a L fan, you'd enjoy this movie. If not, good luck to you.

The L & G fandom has returned to me!!!!!!! Despite long years trying to find it after it has to be selfishly taken away from my memories, retsuya has triumphed against the odds to find the videos.

Firstly, L & G was the very first anime that I got hooked on as a child, and I still enjoy it so much. It has even brought me an overseas penpal (who is currently defunct) and so much on my first step to the fandom. I know I may be one of the only L & G fans in the world, or maybe one of the oldest (oh wait kazuki is 20 year old. oops) Then again, it has made a comeback this year.

1) I managed to find the L & G songs on Limewire, in full, I got so happy I downloaded them all.

2) I managed to find videos, even after the youtube account was cancelled, I now have to make do with tudou.com It is in chinese so I can understand, but best of all they have L & G MAX, which I have never seen in my 7 years as an L & G fan!!!! Here's the chronological order.
First watched L & G: 2001
First watched L & G WGP: 2004
First watched L & G MAX: 2008(!!!!)

I am such an old maid. Oh and I am watching the lst episode of MAX now, my namesake is really rough. I really dunno how I got to get stuck with the name retsuya...

V day was GREAT!! first time I received so many presents specifically.

I started off with getting a bag from Vivian, and we are still trying to get other ppl to go for L movie instead of fangirling alone (btw I just discovered that there is a DN marathon at plaza sing!! all three DN movies at one go! but L movie will start at 1AM WTH so we will be sleeping throughout the whole movie...)

The S14 guys are so nice!!!!! They came together to give every girl a glass bottle of handwritten notes and chocs. Thank you Hejun whichever poly you are in now...so nice of everyone. I should have found time to buy things instead of mugging at home.

chem lecture was boring. So many chapters for BT1!!!!! Must start studying. Got back geog test, quite miserably done because I didn't study mass movement properly. Well, now I know.

GP test coming back tmr!!!!!! if i don't pass it I'll get my head chopped off at home. Purlease mum, what does reading newspaper have to do with doing well for GP? If our skills aren't good, can you blame the newspaper? anyway I usually bank on paper 1, while exam was paper 2 which I usually screw up in. I just hope I pass it.

still can't wait for L movie. I have to concentrate on chem SPA first. whee.>

I have never seen such a fast CNY. I really want it to go on.

Screwed bio test. in fact the whole level screwed up. Still must really work on bio or my mum's gonna say that i should have taken physics but physics is 10 times harder to understand and that doesn't guarantee me a pass in it either. I really have to buck up.

L movie next week!!!!! Hope to watch it sooon. I just need to confirm with Esme first, here's the prob. Me and Vivian planned to go next friday, but Esme finishes at 12 while the two of us finish at 4. Are we so mean to make Esme wait for 4 long hours?????? We need a solution. Want to see L!!!!! been drawing L all day.

yeah, Happy New year.

Not when you have a ton of lousy homework to finish and study. Whooooboy

Retsuya somehow just managed to indulge herself in her long loved childhood anime(you guessed it, it's still Let's & Go) songs. Limewire rocks, really. Now if only I could just find videos...*whacks meself*

I seriously hate MSA. At least I'm not failing as badly as I did last time but it's all like just pass. i think my bio will fail. I would really like to enjoy somewhat, even the March hols aren't being let off. Stupid BT1. Retsuya is also getting serious artist block. 2 pages of CatDog theology! I enjoy it, but I've only come up with the script and it's gonna be horrible drawing it.
